Caribbean Riddim Playlists on BA /Aer Lingus

On March 1st, 2024, Masterroom Music proudly launched the Caribbean Riddim playlists on British Airways and Aer Lingus inflight entertainment systems worldwide. Featuring five vibrant playlists of engaging Caribbean music, this initiative brings the sounds of the region to a global audience, offering travelers an immersive musical experience as they journey across the globe. The playlists are updated quarterly, introducing new songs and artists with each cycle, and providing an evolving showcase of Caribbean creativity.
As of April 1st, 2024 the platform was further expanded to include five original podcasts, as part of the inflight Caribbean entertainment package. Each podcast episode highlights Caribbean excellence in music, tourism, and sports, featuring renowned guests such as:
- Cat Coore – Founding member of reggae legends Third World
- DJ Bravo – Former West Indies Cricket Captain
- Michele Ballantyne – President of the RIAA
In addition to these quarterly podcast rotations, a “Welcome to the Caribbean” episode will run year-round, offering new visitors a rich and friendly introduction to the region’s culture and heritage.
This initiative is the only dedicated Caribbean inflight entertainment channel, and it continues to expand the reach of Caribbean voices to millions of international passengers.
